SPLITS comes from the team behind Woodbourne Boys, New York City's top-rated firewood supplier. Before there was a brand, there were years of cutting, splitting, kiln-drying, and delivering wood to the city's most demanding kitchens and fireplaces. We know hickory from cherry from oak the way a brewer knows his hops — and we built SPLITS to put that fluency in a box.

Most "seasoned" firewood ships at 30–50% moisture. It smolders, smokes, and fights you at every light. We kiln-dry with intention — a controlled, deliberate process that guarantees the wood performs the same way every single time. We guarantee a consistent piece count in every box, and we tell you exactly what's inside: the species, the moisture, the cut. A customer who knows what they're buying is a customer who comes back.
